Quality villa with private pool set in a secluded garden Outskirts of Playa Blanca, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Europe 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4/5. Villa on Lanzarote, Canary Islands: An attractive and stylishly decorated two-storey villa on a quiet development equipped to a very high standard. It has a private heated pool with roman steps, integral seating and power water jets set in a secluded high walled garden with sunloungers, a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture a large sunbathing terrace with views to the mountains and also has the use of large community pool and children's pool. Satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player can be found in the pretty living/dining room, which has two sets of patio doors leading to the terrace. A separate well equipped kitchen with a door to the terrace and two full bathrooms - one on each floor. The double bedroom has balconies to the front and rear and a fitted security safe, the twin room has a balcony to the front. We have three villas next door to each other for individual or group lettings and all equipped to the same standard |

The Alegranza complex is a quiet complex maintained to a very high standard and situated 1.5 km from Playa Blanca with its many restaurants, bars, and glorious white sand beaches also the harbour with frequent ferries to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, the renowned Papagayo beaches are a fifteen minute drive, and the villa is also close to Timanfaya National Park. The roads are of a very high standard and no attraction is very far away. Playa Blanca is a very safe area ideal for families and couples. |

A Z-bed/cot or high chair can be provided for a small charge. A DVD player is provided but not a video player, please supply your own DVD's and CD's. There is a private pool but a communal pool with children's pool is a very short walk away. As the villa is on two levels it is not suitable for those who cannot manage stairs. |
