Further 2 twin bedded rooms and a second bathroom/wc/shower on the lower floor, accessed via a spiral staircase. A stairgate has been fitted to deter young children from the staircase, however it is the parents/guardians responsibility to ensure the safety of their children. Kitchen with 4 cooking rings, oven and fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Apartment is air-conditioned during high-season on the upper floor and the further 2 ground floor bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The Lounge has satellite TV, hi-fi system with south-facing large balcony and luxury terrace furniture.

Cots/High Chairs The apartment and Terrace area is completely safe for young children and toddlers. A stair-gate is provided for use at either the top or bottom of the spiral staircase, however children's safety in the apartment is the parents/guardians responsibility. Cots and Highchairs can be hired at an additional cost of £12.00 per week for cots and £8.00 per week for highchairs. Please arrange these at time of booking.

Golf Information Situated just 100 metres from golf shop and 1st tee, our double sized Terrace has splendid south facing views overlooking 17th fairway of Americas Golf and in the sea in the distance beyond. Golfers can arrange tee-times via the complex and benefit from a 10% discount on their advertised rates.
